UF Bikes X Bicycle Film Festival 2021
The Bicycle Film Festival is coming to UF March 19 – April 22, 2021!
UF Bikes, in partnership with the Office of Sustainability and Gators Going Green, is presenting an international selection of the most important short films from the Bicycle Film Festival collection. Join us as we observe Campus Bike Month (https://bikes.ufl.edu/cbm21/) and Earth Day with a celebration of cycling culture! Film fans and bicycle fans alike will absolutely enjoy this program. Featuring: a charismatic Ghanian immigrant in Amsterdam who teaches refugee adult women to ride bikes – a BLM bicycle protest ride from New York to DC- a father copes with the loss of his son – a young woman riding in Iran- cycle sport as relief from genocide – the story of Florida cyclist, Leo Rodgers and more!
How does the virtual Bicycle Film Festival UF work? A ticket allows you to view the 90-minute short film format from Friday, March 19th at 6:00pm ET through Thursday, April 22nd at 11:59pm ET streamed to your computer, tablet, or smart TV by simply clicking on the link provided by email 15 minutes before opening date and time. You may view BFF in one sitting, or as you will, from the comfort and safety of your home.

Bicycle Film Festival has been celebrating bicycles through art, film and music the last 20 years. The physical BFF spanned the world in over 90 cities worldwide to an audience of over one million people.
