UF Bikes Programs Internship

UF Bikes, with support from the Office of Sustainability, offers occasional opportunities for paid student internships focusing on bicycling advocacy, repair and maintenance, and safety education. The internship will involve handling operations of the Office’s existing Departmental Bike Share Program and the Gator Gears student bicycle rental program, among other related duties.

Preferred candidates should possess:

Interns will work with Office of Sustainability and Transportation & Parking Services staff and current cycling interns to improve and expand existing programs and develop and implement cycling support and awareness initiatives on campus. Interns will be trained in bicycle repair and maintenance by seasoned professional bicycle mechanics on staff and will be expected to commit up to ten hours per week to their position.
