The Gator Gears open reservation period for Fall 2023 has ended, and we are currently sold out of available bicycles.
2023 Fall bike checkouts are taking place Monday-Wednesday, August 21-23 at Parking Garage 14, located on Gale Lemerand Drive between the Lemerand/Museum and Lemerand/Mowry intersections. Customers who submitted a successful rental request have been contacted via email to schedule their check-out appointment. If you received a request to schedule your appointment but have not done so, please do that immediately prior to Wednesday, August 23 so that you don’t lose your reservation.
If your rental request was unsuccessful, you have been added to our bicycle waitlist. Following check-outs, Gator Gears will contact you to let you know if any bicycles were unclaimed and are now available for waitlist members. Waitlist bicycles will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis in order by the date your initial reservation request was received.
Program Information:
Gator Gears current rental costs are:
One semester: $55
Two semesters: $90
Full academic year (Fall-Summer): $120
