Please review the Department Bike Share Policies before submitting a request.

Please email us at info@bikes.ufl.edu to request a bike for your department and include the following info:

• Your UFID
• Your position at UF
• A US cell phone number for contacting you
• Your UF department and your supervisor’s name

Following your submission, a UF Bikes team member will contact you within 2-3 business days to follow up on your request. If a bicycle is available, UF Bikes will arrange a date and time for you to pick it up.
